New York Secure Choice Savings Program Board

The New York State Secure Choice Savings Program (SCSP) is a retirement savings program for private-sector employees who are not offered a retirement plan through their workplace.

The New York Secure Choice Savings Program Board is responsible for the general administration and the proper operation of the SCSP.

When New York Secure Choice is open for enrollment, New York employers with 10 or more employees and who have been in business for at least two years will be required to facilitate the program if they do not already offer a qualified retirement plan to their employees.
